Founding Meeting (9/30/24)
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" - Lao Tzu
Logic for all held its first meeting on November 30th, 2024. The main goal of the organization is to support the growing foundation of logic that the organizers of the Stanford Logic competitions are aiming for.
Our organization aims for three objectives. First, develop a website to help likeminded individuals in the Stanford logic competition. Second, help individuals who don’t compete in competitions develop their logic through mini puzzles in an app. Third, develop research based on how logic can help improve memory and problem solving.
The meeting over went the basics of founding an organization. First, a presentation to introduce members to what they would have to contribute. Second, a sheet to document members roles and establish a to-do checklist.
The Overview Presentation
Our goal for the organization is to build a sturdy enough base to conduct independent research. Here are some preliminary steps toward our research.
That wrapped up our first meeting for the organization and we decided upon our individual duties before we met the next week and the meeting date for our second meeting.
